Innovating diverse recruitment practices in the heart of London with Westminster Works
CAUSE:
Following the pandemic, the leisure and hospitality sector lost significant numbers of staff in Westminster, the heart of London’s tourism district.
CAMPAIGN:
We supported the launch of a recruitment project called Westminster Works which focused on recruiting diverse audiences into a high-demand area.
IMPACT:
Our coverage of the launch gained 30 pieces of coverage across 13 outlets, totalling a coverage reach of 140 million. We reached 2,000 of our 2,2000 engagement target of signing up possible recruits to the scheme, in the first two months of this two-year campaign.
